Spend some time in Arizona in June. This aint nothing.

we just got back from there. Highs of 110-115 lows of 80.

it wasn’t as bad as I expected.

You must have been down around Phoenix. Out by Gila Bend and over by Bullhead City it's been 120+ on a lot of days.

It was 102 up here (at 7000') for 2 days and thats HOT!!!

I’ll take 110 at 20% humidity vs. 95 at 90% humidity any day! I can see how people in AZ can handle the heat with such low humidity.

Gimme Sept, Oct, and November and first half of Dec! Best months in ND! Then I’m out of here for Az fishing and off reading.

Only in Canada! Waiting for an elevator in a hotel in Winnipeg, 100+ degrees outside and two hockey teams tramped through the lobby drafting their bags and sticks an equipment. Definitely not heading for any outdoor rinks.
Think I’ll stay in the air conditioning till evening!

lake Havasu high desert area usually hangs in 100-120 in Aug. couldn’t stand it that hot! Low humidity must help, but ND snowbirds laugh when they hear “ but our 120 degrees is a DRY HEAT!” OK

These are the days where I NEED to be able to jump in the lake. I need to get a ladder btw. Shade also helps a lot. I've had some really fun days on the water in the heat back when I had access to a pontoon.

We stayed at a place near Sedona but travelled to Hoover dam, Grand Canyon, Sedona, plus we drove to San Diego.
