Post-McCarthy and Post-Hoover it’s essentially been, “As long as the FBI leaves elected officials alone, they (the FBI) can write their own ticket regarding budgets and policy’s.” If that’s not he case, why in the heck are there people who spend MILLINIONS to be elected to a position that pays less than $200K/yr? I’m no math genius but I suspect that it’s easier to find the last number in PI than it is to get a straight answer on that.

Fricken politicians and their rules.
Why can members of Congress insider trade stocks legally but you or I do it and we get fined and sent to jail? Bunch of BS and Washington needs a BIG house cleaning and i mean both sides of the aisle! Term limits but we won't live long enough to see that put into effect either.
