Garmin Delta Inbounds System

I looking for anyone who has this Garmin Delta Inbounds System would be willing to share thier experience. Or is there other similar products available instead

So noone has any experience on this particular item but does someone have any experience in a wireless dog collar. I travel during the summer so I would like to hve a mobile system for him. Or should I just go with chain link fence or underground fence
