Was digging around for something else and found this gem of my first buck. As you can see the secret is to bring a guy like myself who has a similar ear structure to the muley. They don't suspect a thing til it's too late. Still haven't quite grown into those things. Oh well I can hear a moth fart at 50 feet while still being completely oblivious to the fact that my wife is talking. At least that's something. Any other oldies out there, embarrassing or otherwise?

Great post Brian. Seeing it made me go look through some old photo albums. It's fun to look back at the "good ole days"

Great thread, great pics. I can still remember the first time I got to go sit with dad on a bowhunt in Arizona back in the late 70s.

I think that racoon on your leg wants that fish.

A whole lot of awesomeness in that pic. ;:;rofl

^^A Trailer park, a pet raccoon, and a catfish. That’s full-on redneck right there!

9 years old maybe? Grandpa took me fishing. That’s a stringer full of bullheads destined for the fryer. I still remember the day.

ha ha - that's "Cooner". She grew fat, went into heat, ran away, got busted up (broken leg) over at Porter Brothers junkyard sexing around. Got put down.

Caught that cat in the Red River visiting my brother in college - drug it all the way home to Bismarck just to get a photo taken by mom - that was an exotic fishing trip back in the day.

Sounds like a country song!
