Had a little incident with mine, hit a car , the saving grace for that is at least it was submerged , I’ve tried twin city outboards, Craigslist and the fb market place and a few Miscellaneous leads no luck , could use some fresh ideas , please and thank you . Was told years that would work range 76-78

In Aberdeen when you go over the tracks on the west side of the road there’s a boat place with lots of older machines. No idea on the name of it.

I think there is a place around Brainerd, MN that deals with a lot of used outboard motor parts. Don't know the name. Sorry.

I ended up finding a whole motor to get the lower unit for my 1980 Johnson when I hit a boulder where it should not have been at full speed. Worked out that last year my starter went out and I had a spare already.

Nice idea but thinking that won’t work ���� was at a bowfishing tourney, I knew the water had to stay center of the channel or to the north side let’s just say I drifted off course , about a 1/4 mile stretch of the creek I went up was somebody’s dumping ground back in the day
