Anyone missing a boat?

It appears someone has abandoned a boat at the parking spot at apple creek wildlife management areait has been there a couple days. Motor, seats, and electronics are all gone. I wonder if it’s stolen because whoever left it left the boat license and tag from 16 on it. It appears to be an 08 by the Lund label and looks like it has sat out its entire life as the dash and interior is in rough shape

Based the 08 assumption on this but it looks like you are right on the 88

Sounds like the boat was reported stolen out of Mandan last Tuesday, stripped and left for dead. Little does the thief know but their is video of the vehicle pulling it down the road where it was dropped off
