Any dust being told in the retail market on eastern side of state?

Any idea if/when the large bags will be available again? Or a larger shaker....

Any available in the retail options around Bismarck Mandan?

^^^^^THIS!!^^^^^

Honestly do not know when distributors will have Tatonka Dust in stock or when we will have it available in the larger bulk bags.
- First we need to be confident we have enough in stock as not to run out to fill our orders before distributors will be receiving any.
- As for bulk bags the co-packer we went with has never filled bulk bags, we need to show them what bags and equipment will be needed. Also need to show them the product is worthy of their time filling our requests.
This is so much like starting over from scratch, we even had to have new labels designed for the shakers and will need to also for the bulk bags!

Order placed! The buffalo wing seasoning is the best seasoning on the planet! I don’t know how I managed half the summer without it. Pumped to have some Tonka dust again too!

curious whether it would be good as a dry rub on ribs? I've never tasted it. Anyone?

Funny you ask. I did a rack last weekend with some. I occasionally like a break from the sweet ribs. They turned out well.

Cripes man, how about a short version of that recipe? You can PM if you would like.

Not much of a recipe really. Just seasoned them with what you see there, then on the smoker for about 3 hours at 250-275. Then wrapped in foil (meat side down) with a few splashes of apple juice, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Let them go for another 1.5 hours or so, or until they are at the tenderness you desire.
