Yes nets are for fish but net's what gets one in the record book if that is what one wants. Not all may want but it is still nice to say your buck scores as high as some other deer in the record book by counting all.

Buddy has one hell of a deer in looks for a 4x4, scores 180 plus counting all but 140 net and that is how it is lisited in the record book and how it is known but those others than who do not know the deer. Just another 140 class buck.

One hell of a deer. Not sure why he took it down but when one puts it up expect the crab. Brings all kinds of opinions why he took it down now. It is how it works in the hunting world. We all learn to llve with it. db

Yup it's the guy I know from Yankton. I do business with him. He's a good guy and always had big sheds in his office but never would talk too much about the deer he was chasing. He was usually all business. Good for him!
