i can’t tell if you are trying to say you used a Forman grill or if it just comes naturally and you actually are a Forman grill user.

Cooked a 19# bone-in rib roast for our Men's Fellowship group at church. Most want roast cooked to medium, so I took it off at 140°. Was well received.

Man, are you a professional cook? Could you advise me one of charcoal grills from this list or which one you use and would recommend. I am not a cook at all actually, but want some quality to start with, and picture of the ribs tells me, you could tell me something. Budget is $700, thought Black Friday could help a bit.

This was Sunday’s supper. Outside temperature was 0 and snowing. Bacon wrapped filet mignon on the bbq. With a side of shrimp! :;:rockit

I ate crab and ribs Sunday night, prepared for a charity event my wife’s business supported, and I was lucky enough to be invited too. Point being they turned the ribs half way through the cook, and 300 guests ate ribs like retards on bath salts.
I believe the turn is the key, and the visuals of it increase the satisfaction. Most queers will suggest plating of no consequence, however a pretty girl sells cars.
