Who even carries a sidearm while hunting pheasants? I think I'd be annoyed with the extra weight after about 3 minutes.

The reason I do is because it's tough to shoot a mountain lion with a rifle or shotgun when he's locked into your neck or your in hand to hand combat.

don’t know anything but if he had a lot of cqb and it was that close I know they drop the long gun and engage with the pistol. It’s crazy what pressure does to people. Adrenaline spike all thinking goes out the window and it’s just muscle memory unless your John wick now he is a clam killing mother fucker.
