Landowner charged with criminal mischief & criminal harassment while uninvited man charged with trespassing.

This vid has been around for quite a while and discussed at length. The way I look at it, BOTH guys were WAY outta line here. If the landowner knew this hunter would be trespassing on that trail with enough regularity to put a tripwire there AND film it, the video evidence should have been enough to get law enforcement to intervene without putting a device out there that could have injured the hunter. In the same way, if the hunter ignored warnings to stay off because he'd been going that way for years in NO WAY excuses his trespassing on private property. Plenty of "dumbfluckery" to go around on this deal.

Yep, one idiot can cause lots of problems, but when two of them find each other...things get out of control pretty quickly.
