Does anyone know anything about fort Ransom's pyramid hill ? I had never heard of it until I stumbled on this today and thought it was interesting. Wondering if any core samples have been taken ?

This is clearly a conspiracy of some sort which will ultimately lead to Bill Gates and COVID-19. Duh, sheeple. Eye roll

Perhaps this is the ancient site of a gathering of nomadic, beer drinking, internet dwellers. We should bring some beers and undertake an NDA investigation. What are you guys doing Saturday?

Lincoln, kinda...
No thoughts on the rock, but the hill is most likely a sand dune. That part of ND was a wind blown, sandy desert in recent geologic history.

Yep, I pulled it up on google earth and it looks natural. One test hole should put an end to all doubt.

Haha I haven't watched oak Island in a long time but there is another show on the history channel that I like, It's called "Found" . some nifty detective work dating and Identifying artifacts.

Looks to be just the end of a Ridgeline by some small draws.

Some towns don't have a claim to fame so they make one up. Fake fame? What that area does have up and down the valley is mound & effigy building by native americans from the Woodland period around 1500 years ago. Some of those efforts moved massive amounts of soil. They did it with digging sticks and baskets.

Interesting , I wonder where the rock is that was found ? I see there are a couple more rocks with carvings North of Williston.

ND does infact have it's own pyramid it's just that there is no secret who built it! It's cool enough though that it's shows up as one of the locations in a popular video game.

I wonder what the Hutterites have in mind with it ?

" In December 2012, it was purchased by the Spring Creek Hutterite Colony of Forbes, North Dakota, at auction for $530,000."
