You can tell when someone has access to real sources of information rather than getting it all from media headlines.
This has never been about water and never about the environment, which should have been obvious when the bleeding hearts and free loading “water protectors” who hung out at the mouth of the cannonball three years ago left it an absolute shithole after polluting the river for 9 months. Complete disregard for the Environment and the folks who live there that actually do care about the land...what a bunch of heroes.
Reminds me of a lot of other trashy shit I see going on in Minneapolis, Seattle, DC, and the rest of the country...and I’m not talking color of skin I’m talking content of character.

:;:thumbsup The garbage left behind as you described proved beyond a shadow of a doubt these people did not give a crap about environment. They are simply trouble makers looking for a reason to destroy. They are loosers who hate those who are successful never mind the successful actually worked for their success. If they can't have what you worked for they will destroy what you have.

And as far as the reservation caring about the environment ------------------hmmm do you ever see litter on the reservation???

Full environmental review of the Dakota Access Pipeline soon underway after court ruling

They’re calling it a win for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

A full environmental review of the Dakota Access Pipeline is soon to be underway, while the pipeline continues to send oil from North Dakota to Illinois.

The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled against the Dakota Access Pipeline and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe has been fighting for a better evaluation of the risks that come with moving oil under Lake Oahe.

Ira Taken Alive, the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Vice Chairman, says they are in it for the long haul.

“I want to see as much science, as much history, as it relates to our culture and relates to our history as a tribe here…as the first inhabitants and as Indigenous people. All those included into the picture when the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers does consider issuing a permit again,” said Taken Alive.

We reached out to Dakota Access, LLC for a statement and haven’t received a response as of this broadcast.

A new environmental impact statement from the Army Corps of Engineers could take as long as two years.

Hmm, destroying stuff the government paid for, neglecting animals, shooting up road signs, burning cars along side 5he road, unruly yards, meth, rape, murder, child neglect, pit bulls, etc is native culture?
Here i thought it was Buffalo hunting ,teepee n a peace pipe?
Things musta changed?

To be proud of ones ancestry is of course great, but that doesn’t mean 200+ years later you continue to live it, as of course they really aren’t. No nationality lives the life of their ancestors, or we would all be shitting in outhouses, and riding horses

Whats really really sad is all the death due to drugs and alcohol. There have been a numerous deaths due to drugs in the last year of young healthy adults. And they want to protest a pipeline with oil in it!? Environmental impact study....AFTER its in and pumping?? Ahhhh just look at what the impact its having.

i don’t understand the fights some times like the check points for COVID on Cheyenne river. All those things running rampant you mentioned and they are going to try and stop a virus you can’t see or detect. All the money put into checkpoints focused on meth would have saved more lives.

I would have thought the last year would have taught you not to deal in absolutes
Generally speaking I would agree with you. But they aren’t going to shut down a multi billion dollar pipeline that is directly related to thousands of jobs. Especially when it’s common sense that pipelines are far safer than rail. Then add in the fact there are several pipelines crossing the same body of water. Then add in the fact they don’t even get their water from that river anymore. Then add in the fact it’s 100 times more technically superior to the existing lines under that water. And you can bet many politicians are invested in DAPL.

I think biden and his socialist cronies have proven they don’t give a flying fig about Americans, their jobs, or fossil fuels.

Biden axed Keystone XL, costing 11,000 jobs... I don't think they care.

Until we all learn that we have to not do as the government says ! Life is as fucked up as your leaders only they have all the money and power they want but that’s idiotic in itself. I’ve never seen such ignorant people in my entire life! You couldn’t offer me enough money!
I kinda feel sorry for those people , they don’t know what real life is about .

Interesting, I'm having a hard time following exactly what you are saying here...you are saying that we are only as free as we choose to be? That we don't have to do what our public servants have told us we need to do? That they should just continue to build the pipeline even though Mr. Pres told them they can't? And that more people need to wake up to this concept so that the apparent, not-so-legit control over the American people is unbound and lost or maybe just loosened a bit?

A video with some great points about the topic. Sad to see the double standards and economy killing policies.

If it doesn't come from Canada, it comes from Venezuela? Does anyone know anything about this comment made by the Canadian in the vid?
