Lancaster - cut factory arrows and install inserts

Black Ovis - if you want to start from bare shaft and select all components and end up with custom arrows.

I would recommend (to anyone that shoots more than a little) doing it yourself so you know it's done right. Cut to perfect length with square ends. I started doing this a few years ago and wish I would have done it much sooner.
All you need is:
A Dremel with cutoff wheel. -- Of course you have to mount this to something to keep it square with the arrow.
Arrow squaring tool. -- Or just some v-blocks and a piece of sandpaper.
A fletching jig. -- I like the Arizona EZ fletch. It's stupid easy and puts a helical on the vanes which (for me) shoot night-and-day better than straight vanes.

I get all my bareshafts from south shore archery. Cut to length, spine indexed. Get a squaring tool and fletching jig and you're all set.
