Here is my favorite home made marinade recipe

1 cup olive oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup lemon or lime juice

1 teaspoon each of, granulated onion and garlic powder, chili powder, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, celery salt.

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cumin.

Marinade the meat for 8 to 24 hours.

While out camping I did sirloin steak for kabobs over night and while BBQing brushed the marinade on the kabobs. :;:rockit

I have pork steaks marinating in it now for tomorrow.

Personally I like my meat to taste like beef, pork or chicken ... with just a little salt and pepper.

This is indeed an excellent recipe, if you want to take it to the next level...add a half cup of mustard.
