come on keep the faith that global warming will keep it nice. Some snow that melts right away in april would be nice but other than that i will take mids 40's in January every day

Last nice winter I remember well was 2015/2016. Never had to cut thru more than 20 inches of ice on Audubon...had the boat on Sak last week of March. I'd be ok with a repeat of that winter. Just hope for good snows/rains in Montana to boost the system.

Yup, crazy nice weather we're having. Whatever comes now, we have skipped out on probably half of what COULD have happened.

Another two months and it'll be time for long rods again!

Shortest day of the year is behind us, and it's already a little bit noticeable that the evenings last a tish longer..

I am in need of some shoveling exercise to hit my weight loss goal. 6 plus inches of snow every 3rd day would be about right. Forgot to mention the wind, need a bunch of that too.

I was just talking to a guy about this today. The "law of averages" pretty much always prevails in our winter weather. It's the bastard that is a ND winter.
