If they are BIA, they are federal and their jurisdiction can extend beyond Reservation boundaries based on their agreements with the State and county law enforcement.

They were at Fort Stevenson on Saturday checking too. The guy who checked my boat told me they caught someone trying to get into Audoban that had muscles on their trailer. And would you believe it, from MN too!

Did they stop asian carp?
Did they stop curly leaf pond weed?
Did they stop eurasian water milfoil?
Will they stop CWD from spreading?

Stop all of them with more regulations and fees? Give me a break. This is all in the name of public relations. Oh boy we stopped one boat with mussels. How about all the ones you didn't stop. You can not and will not stop the spread unless you completely ban boat traffic. We all know that will not happen. So keep writing tickets for a piece of moss and a cup of water in the livewell. Your efforts are in vain. I'm sorry I know it has to be this way (look like your trying) but who are we trying to kid.

They were already dead but it does point out that people need to be vigilant. They aren't always dead.
