its already illegal in ND. didn't take them long to take the fun out of that. having said that, legality seems to be the least of most people's concerns these days. anyone i know who would like to imbibe but doesn't isn't doing so because its illegal. they don't take part because of employment reasons. i've got some friends who use CBD daily. twice/day in fact. supposed to be THC free since it was/is such a highly touted company. but, i was pretty sure they can get by with a very small % of THC and still claim to be THC free. before i decided i was going to dive into the CBD stuff, i wanted to be sure i could pass a test under the worst of circumstances. the one who uses at least twice a day took the test. i called it a fail. i couldn't see a pass line to safe my life. i would have sent that to the lab for sure. my other person who does testing was pretty sure she would have called it a pass. she thought she could see the "pass" line. not me. so, now i don't even trust CBD products enough to partake in those. which is too bad since it came highly recommended.
