Lots of dead deer north of Mandan, and found two this weekend on some property SW of Mandan. We have a group of 5-6 bald eagles that hang out along the heart river on the property. There were approximately 6-8 golden eagles hanging around the area with the bald eagles this weekend. I'm guessing they are eating very well on all the carcasses. There were also multiple groups of vultures circling the area. Not going to be a good deer season!
