Knock on wood for me. I feel lucky that I've never experienced some of the issues many of you have. Don't remember having an incorrect bill, not that I go through them with a fine tooth comb. And have been lucky I guess that all the treatments have been satisfactory and in many cases more than satisfactory.

I have been medical billing for over 25 years and it gets confusing to even me sometimes.

Trying to explain things like ICD-10 or CPT codes or co-pays or co-insurance or deductibles to most laypeople is a head-pounding experience.
