I bet livescope has really been a game changer for the guides who are driving around with sno bears when looking for schools of perch in deep water.

Still seems crazy expensive, but I think I might have to bite the bullet this spring on that Garmin. Would be so cool for all seasons. Only problem is the technology is changing so fast....think about what they come our with next! I really wish Lowrance would get rid of that lag, I have all Lowrance and am very happy with it, but I need the real-time of the Garmin. Too bad because Lowrance does have super high definition, you can even see fins on the fish.

It's hard to express how happy I am with just livescope and somehow they keep getting better.

LOL - couldn't endure the 5 minute setup of a hub shelter to film the screens. Nope - bright daylight in the snow. Perfect. ;:;rofl

Would be really awesome if these companies had a way to help keep loyal customers from buying the newest model. Kind of like the cell phone companies that reward thier customers by giving you money for your old phone that you can use towards buying a new phone. Same goes towards electronics that way when I new product comes out you can send in your lightly used and put it towards the newest. JMTC JayKay

My gt34 is on pre-order. My wife will love running it in the back of the boat while I use Active Target in the front.

Garmin needed a new one --- - lowrance sued and the transducer quality went with the lawsuit. I suppose the years are up and now they can lie cheat and steal.
