Feel's weird to be left out of the fight this go round. That being said a flock of sea gulls just flew over, could be an omen. LB

Better a flock of seagulls fly over than being circled by buzzards.........

Next up around april 20 and may 8. First one snow. Suppsedky. That fkn north wind has just been a relentless bastard i knew that sob would last and ruin a spring. See ya at the high water ramps this summer.

Haha high water ramps there will need to be about 15 feet of rain to make that happen.

How do you figure that 2 ft of snow is going to raise the lake level? After this melt you won’t even notice the change in lake levels.

Just cleaned the driveway with the snow blower. 3 feet deep up by the house (drifting off the house), 14 inches deep at the bottom of the driveway. ;:;barfSnow has 2 inches of slush under it. Had to keep cleaning out the auger and thrower fan because the slush was freezing to them. ;:;banghead guessing its still coming down 1-2 inches an hour here.

Spray the inside of your bucket with d40 and hit the chute with some too. Might help a lil, might not.

Not much snow 12 miles north of the SD boarder and right on the river. I'd say 5 or 6 inches. I haven't cleared any yet. Our boat ramp will not be useable because of this storm I can tell you that!

Hard to measure with all of the wind but I’d say we are damn close to it. I’ve lived up here over 20 years and never seen drifts like I have now. Pushed snow over the bumper trying to get to work this morning, unsuccessful. Walked in snow up to my waist to check my furnace vents this morning, it’s ridiculous.

North central by border.
Snow is heavy and wet. More snow came now than all winter. Glad most had melted before this storm. Finally quit snowing but wind is strong. Got stuck in driveway with 4x4. About 2 feet on most of the road in my part of the town. Big drifts in yard. Will take some time to melt this away depending on future temps. I would think a lot of this snow stuck were it came down at but cannot get out of town to see. Not sure how the wildlife fair in this. Should be a fair amount of roundoff to fill up whatever. db

Not overly effective to show light rain!

Hey Alan do you happen to have any idea why the NWS web page stop showing precipitation amounts in water equivalent in Bismarck at 6 p.m.?

Link? I guess I'm not sure of which part of the page you're referencing. I just looked at Bismarck's precip total via the hourly forecast and it still had precip amounts for us. https://forecast.weather.gov/MapCli...-100.701&unit=0&lg=english&FcstType=graphical
