The Twist of Fate annual whitetail hunt for disabled archers begins this Thursday South of Leonard. For more information follow the link: http://www.twistoffatend.org/index.html

If you haven't checked it out before, the banquet is a great time and a real eye-opener. I am hopefully going Saturday for the festivities and to bid on some auction items. There is also a band. It doesn't suck.

I am just living the dream. Actually I have been dealing with crap since about February. Pressure sore that got infected. Slow process. One of the perks of being a quad. It's a lot of work being me. I hope to get out bow hunting late-season. But I seem to be busier then a retired person.
Later, Clint, skoalongcut, Toris, clitoris, skoalie… Etc.

You got that new ride broke in yet Clint?

Can't explain how great that pickup is. Sitting in front, being able to see, the independence and freedom it gives me is overwhelming. I will throw story on here sometime. Thanks everyone for the support.

Lincoln, kinda...
Speaking of Twist of Fate, if anyone has a disabled bow/crossbow hunter in need of a place to hunt near Bismarck, I know where to find a handicapped accessible blind.

Some year I'm going to make this event. Just put a young lady in a stand with her Dad in an attempt to get her first buck. Can't be two places at once, but I'm pulling for all the archers nonetheless. Fingers and Toes Crossed!!!!

I forgot to update, the hunters were 10 of 12. While I was there Saturday night at the banquet they brought in two deer during the torrential downpour. It is an awesome experience hearing the vehicles come in honking letting everyone know that another hunter has bagged a deer. It never gets old.
