Of all the places to try this, they chose Wyoming????
Not taking anything away from the shooter and his team but a sniper doesn't have the option of taking 69 shots to set up his kill shot.

another thing is most of Wyoming has high elevation and the most of its land is federal land, both those reasons give you the best option for long range shots. Also the guys in the article admit that this shot was done in the name of fun JMTC
