Brats. Burgers. Hotdogs. Fish.

I keep it simple. I bred too many kiddos to be complicated. Maybe when they get older. Then again, I like brats, burgers, hotdogs, and fish.

Family is back in Ohio so no plans for a big feed. Might grab a steak and some shrimp sounds good. Plenty of liquid bread too

Probably a big ass greasy cheeseburger from Betty's Pies, some smoked salmon and trout from Russ Kendall's Smoke House and some hot dogs/brats over the fire all near Duluth. And probably need some good beer to wash it all down.

smoke some chicken wings and pork ribs. drink beer, blow shit up

Have you every injected the hot sauce or whatever into the wings then smoke them instead of covering them in the sauce afterwards? Neat little trick I learned a while ago that works pretty well.

smoked ribs, we have 4 guys doing a small competition at the lake, best ribs wins the prize of not getting socked in the sack.

Last year we had a seafood boil, ribs, beer up the but chickens, salads, and kabobs.
This year its a ribfest.
