Damn right i quit, im sick of casting for musky...its 49 degrees, 30 mph winds, and raining outside....im watchin a bobber from the couch until my vag feels better.

MSA, not sure if I missed something or you are joking about fishing muskie up there now. But if you are you may want to reconsider using muskie gear as the season for them is not open yet. It opens 4 June 2016. Just letting you know in case you are fishing for them. GL on whatever you fish for.

I know its not open, and im using smaller gear like daredevils and xraps for "pike" which im told work better for accidental pre season opener musky.

i figured but just thought would say it just in case, ROCK ON and GL you hook one on that and the fight is on. My biggest on that lake is 46 in but netted 2 over 50 in my time up there so far

If i lived a bit closer, I'd be heading for Mantrap lake. I've had some good success in the past and really would like to revisit some day.
