beef jerky recipe...

looking for ideas...

will start with clean eye of round roast beef and slice however it works best... hope to slice, brine, then smoke/finish in the traeger... just want a nice taste that will be liked by your average joe 6-pack, not a real spicy or strong flavor, or made out of pelican, muskrat, or prairie dog...

sick of paying a buck an oz for boat jerky, and know there are some great culinary minds on here, just hoping you'll share... a brine recipe + smoking/drying instructions along with times and temps for both would be great... thanks all...
