I find it strange that Bismarck does so little to promote fishing in Bismarck. The local news never cover this tournament but the most trivial garbage.

I agree Rowdie. They could stop covering all the national crap that no one really cares about and the comics but then they would actually have to go out and get stories rather than cut and paste from national sites. That being said don't promote it to much as we don't need that many more out of staters here crowding the waterways, even though GF department loves it as it increases revenue. Seems like thats what matters most to them.

I understand why the locals keep it hush hush. But last night the local news was doing a story on a fucking slide opening up. You'd think this would be interesting to a lot of people in the local area, no?
