What’s everyone’s bucket list fishing trip, or bucket list fish? I saw MSA’s alligator gar trip, looked like a lot of fun. I want to hear the trips you want to go on or the best trips you’ve had in the past
Yeah canada has always been a dream trip, I don’t know how easy it will to get here there for a couple of years cause they’re still complaining about the tariffsI'd like to take my family up to Canada in a few years. Somewhere where the walleye action is insane. I figured it would be a good way to get the little kids hooked on fishing. They are too young at the moment.
When I was a kid my uncle took me, my brother, and a cousin up there to a place called Lac LA Raung. . It got me hooked as a kid because every single cast was a fish. Unfortunately it was Northerns and we wouldn't let my uncle explore for walleye. We just wanted to catch fish. We stayed in a campground and rented a boat every day for like 5 days. It was an experience I won't forget. That was about 30 years ago. Perhaps if this spinal fusion goes well in a few weeks I will be able to fish again and take the family on an adventure in the future.
sailfish off the Florida coast. One day. What’s everyone’s bucket list fishing trip, or bucket list fish? I saw MSA’s alligator gar trip, looked like a lot of fun. I want to hear the trips you want to go on or the best trips you’ve had in the past
I saw a video of some guy pricing out a 2 day 3 night trip it honestly didn’t sound that bad. I think it was around 2,000 per person which is still a lot but not as bad as I thoughsailfish off the Florida coast. One day.
I’ve never heard of that trip before but that’s sounds fun, I’ve seen red tails in Florida I’m sure they grow far larger in the AmazonAmazon river peacock bass and redtail catfish......I'd like to catch and cook black piranha as well.
Bass tackle inshore would be interestingI want to fish bass tackle for trout in the Arkansas White River and bass tackle for snook and tarpon inshore in FLA.
Fort pecks been on my list for awhile but it’s hard to make the long drive. I want to head up to ice fish lake Winnipeg as soon as Canada decides to be friendly againIm thinking fort peck for lake trout is 1st on the list. Followed by a fly in Canadian trip some day. Let's hope they become the 51st state to make travel easier!
It's not the adventure of the Amazon, but, you can catch/target Peacock Bass in the InterCoastal Waterways around Miami.....Amazon river peacock bass and redtail catfish......I'd like to catch and cook black piranha as well.
