Anyone know how to find out the identity of the judge? We could swamp him with emails. Just wouldn't want to get too nasty so as to invite a libel suit.

Hey when i heard that shit out of state trash hunting making money off the game unreal. But no shit nd has very lenient laws. I hope big game is different why not go like mt any deer white deer over pope and young 135 or mule I believe is 150. Fine 10 grand minimum that will atleast say poaching is punishable. 1000 dollar fine is baubles I mean let's get the game laws tougher in ND. It's bullshit what people get away with around here. On 10/8, he pleads: "Not Guilty"

On 11/4, he pleads: "Guilty"

Why isn't he immediately convicted of purjury for claiming to be "Not Guilty" AFTER taking the oath to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?

I get that "No Contest" basically means you're ready to not be in court anymore but "Not Guilty" to "Guilty" should carry the weight of an added and instant Perjury conviction.
