I've soaked (silver skin removed) ribs overnight in cider, rubbed a lot of dry shit and nested in a Baby Ray's foil bathtub/case/sauna with a good splash of liquid smoke in the oven @170 for eight/more hours.

This was my last "BBQ" attempt: It was a major success in "my circle" except me: In hindsight: I'd clean and soak two nights, rub Baby Ray's/liquid smoke and watch a KISS concert on YTtube: Rosemary tastes like soap:

They were content with my brisket & burnt ends, homemade buns, and homemade fries. I'll "settle" for that if I can't have ribs. Guess ribs will be next weekend.
