Probably the best way to compare apples to apples is to use per capita murder rates. There are a lot of places on the planet that are much greater than our 4.96 per 100k people.

I have heard that Minneapolis/ St Paul has spiked in murder rates too, per capita.

Another democratic city/state.

Now mpls has a crisis event team to respond to non-911 emergency calls,fired up yesterday,mpls/minnesota is sooo f---ed up,piss poor leadership,govenor /mpls mayor let the city burn two summers ago...now this,I'm thinking this crisis team is nothing more than targets.
