Racist?

Yesterday when a former employee brought up some liberal crap that was meant to look bad upon President elect Trump, and I spoke of Elizabeth warren, and jokingly called her Pocahontas(the Disney make believe character), I was instantly called a racist.

I asked if I would have called her Pinocchio would that also have made me racist, cause he is just a cartoon fictional character as well, he said no that makes me prejudice.

So having a sense of humor, joking around, and having a spirited conversation is no longer just that.

It puts a label on me, one I don't really think I have earned, nor do I care to be placed in this category.

do you guys have any of these types of situations arise? Is sarcasm, humor, and a bit of joking around racist? If I was black and said the same thing is that racist? The kid is a real tool, so I wouldn't expect any less, but being called racist pisses me off.

I have one of those at work too. I no longer talk politics, race or anything about the news really. I just keep my mouth shut now I guess.....Last time we got into it was over AR's, so on my lunch break I went and bought an AR and 500 rounds of ammo. Piss on them.

If you're Caucasian you are racist. Isn't that the current rule? You never hear of a non-white being racist I'm to the point where I don't care as I know how I treat people. People who are respectful (and you can disagree and still be respectful) are treated with respect.

You can only f__k around with the bull so long and you will feel the horn. For me racism is how you treat people and sometimes just because someone takes something you say wrongly or completely out of context does not determine whether you are racist.

As a conservative I view many opinions and comment of liberals as racist but by their definition, "If you are liberal you cannot be racist, only conservatives have racist viewpoints." Bulls__t.
