russell sweats...

remember them from back in the day??? had many sets of them and loved them, then they disappeared???

vinyl outside and thermal lined inside - 1/4 zip top with hood and 1 big pocket at the belly - drawstring bottoms with zippered legs - just great cool weather pants... every track team had them 30 years ago, then poof, gone...

anyone know of a decent replacement??? i haven't found 1...

I have a pair of Nike insulated sweats I got at scheels a coup,e years ago. I wear them all the time! I wear them under camo pants in the tree stand, I wear them in the boat, and just lounging around. I wish I had 2 more pair.

I have a set of those and a set of the original Russells. I find them to be a mostly acceptable replacement, but they are a bit more "poofy".
I don't see that they make the matching tops.

Unfortunately, they are not a direct replacement. They are a bit too big in the thigh and smaller than I'd like at the ankle.
I have a list of great products that you can't have anymore and the Russell track pants are high on it. ;:;banghead

What I don r understand is why these things are made for the short and round, I wear a 31 X36 never been able to find anything that fits, who want sweats with the crotch half way to your knees and over your ankles?
