Shingles

Anybody on here had Shingles on their face?

I did a couple of years ago. They are horrible.

My wife did. Ear to mouth and even had sores in her mouth. I had them after that. Even with lower ribs on left side. Worst shit I've ever had. its been 2 months and it's still a problem.

Nasty shit I had em in my 50's if there is a blessing having shingles mine were below my waist little painful blisters thought poison oak at the time b4 doc lowered the boom even duct tapped my nutts to one side of my legs thinking these blisters like poison Ivy spreads... years later after exercising, bike riding etc my joints (legs,ankles) stiff and tight,doc tells me "live with it" results of shingles I did not take the vaccine at the time but doc is pushing it now apparently shingles is not a one time event.

I did the vaccine. Know a few people that had it and not a fun deal. If the shot helps me avoid , I'm all in.
I'm sure we will get our "conspiracy" folks on here again. I'll beat them to it, if you don't believe in the vaccine, "don't take it", leave the rest of us alone.

I had the shots, they say you won't get the Shingles, will that's bullshit, I know a guy that dam near went blind ins one eye, been to the doctor got some meds that are suppose to help, was at eye specialist yesterday got to go back on Monday, my sister had the shingles on her back and she had the shots to

I had the old shot, then took the new ones with my doctors recommendation. I had shingles once before the shots and three times after the shots.

I had it on my head and in my eye. I was fishing one day and the nerves in my head started going crazy. Legit thought I had a tumor in my brain. Very painful stuff and luckily didn’t suffer any eye damage. It literally felt like needles were being driven into my eye. Crazy stuff. I still have nerve damage on that side of my head and face
