Several years ago I was training a guy. He did a great job and we got to know each other. He mentioned that he really liked Coldplay. Some weeks after training had concluded, I had heard a Coldplay song on the radio and thought I'd yank his chain a little. I send him instant message, "you know how I know you're gay?" He responds, "um, is it my boyfriend?" And that's how I learned he was gay. He's now a site director and we get along famously.
