Thinking I just found my favorite way to cook sweet corn.

Chop up some bacon. Fry on the BlackStone

Cut the fresh sweet corn off the cob, add jalapeños and onions, season with Cajun County (from BlackStone)

When the bacon is done to your liking, throw the corn on and fry it in the bacon and grease.

How do you like your sweet corn?

I like it cut off the cob and fried in butter. Best in younger stage of ripeness. LB

I steam it on the cob in the microwave. Butter/salt, no mess.

Cut it into little cobs about 1.25-1.5" long. Deep fry and hit with a little Cajun seasoning. Stole the idea from Wingzone, I think.

Cooking corn on the cob on the grill to get some char on the kernels brings out the sugar in the corn and makes it sweeter. Don't burn the corn tho.

I prefer just the taste of corn, butter, salt and some pepper - not lots of additional stuff.

My cousin used to plant his sweet corn in the middle of his field corn field so the deer couldn't find it. He used to give us lots of sweet corn.

Racoons can find twenty sweet corn plants in the middle of 160 acres.
