Sak Tough Day

Spent two days fishing out of New Town. We got a few, but had to really work for them. Did our best with jigs and minnows, but found a couple little guys on crankbaits. We covered a lot of ground looking for them, but they are in deeper water than what we wanted to fish. Water has cooled down to 68, so I would expect things to pick up before long. The bright spot was one darn nice Northern. If anybody targets them, they were very active and pretty fun to land.

That is exactly right! It was still a great couple of days, lots of stories told and memories made.
