Ariats are good. But I have a pair of Corral boots that are amazing. Softest leather I've ever worn. Tony Lama's are awesome too. Most is about fit so try some of the top boots on and see how they fit.

I wear Tony Lama's and have for years. Each pair lasts me about 2 years. Eyexer is correct, it's all about the fit and Tony's just fit my wide flipper feet the best. I recommend you try on several brands and see which ones match your foot the best. Good Luck!!

Haven't tried the Tony lama yet. I have a pair of ariat and corral for dress occasion. Corral's are more comfortable. Just picked up a pair of Justin for work and am really liking them.

Make sure you get them extra pretty if you don't plan on wearing them inside your pant legs!

I’ve owned 3 sets of elk-hide Nocona’s that have all been extremely comfortable.

I am always fashion conflicted when I see someone sporting quill ostrich boots. Pretty neat and yet mildly fruity at the same time.

I am gonna say it. Not cause i judge. But, cause I am really clueless. Wtf are men's dress boots?

The best way I can describe dress boots are High Heels for Men to wear on special occasions!! I have a pair of black wing tip boots that I wear to church and other appropriate places and events.

Must try on many to see what fits best when it comes to boots. I have worn them most of my life then went away from them for about a decade for comfort loafers instead due to my excessive weight and bad back then got in shape and lost 80 lbs and decided to get a pair again. I must have tried on about 30 pair before settling in with Double-H brand which came highly recommended due to my wide feet as well, they were about the last ones I tried on not really sure of the square toe, i am old school and was stuck on the point toe boot but instantly liked the fit and feel of them, glad I went with them. Takes a while to break in but great boots.

I would never own a pair for myself; but if you like to party and listen to FGL, those are the boots for you.
