I'm in the market for a new shotgun just can't decide on what one. I have narrowed it down it the A5 the maxus or the sx3. What's everyone got what do they like and not like about them. Goose season is coming up and I should probably go shopping.

I know it wasn't one of your options but I have a benelli super black eagle 2 and can't complain even a little bit about it have shot everything from heavy 3.5 in loads for geese down to light target loads for doves and clays and have yet to have a cycling issue with it. Even had it out on some late season goose hunts ( December) and it performed flawlessly in the cold temps. And no I don't clean it near as often as I should. I would put that on your list to look at and consider

I just picked up the Baretta A400 extreme. Really nice shooting gun, and they have some goodies going if you buy in August, you get some free stuff.

It's a barrel camera worth about $250

A5 3" is all a guy needs and is a true benelli slayer! You really can't go wrong with any of them. You can save some Benjamin's by avoiding the over priced benelli

In front.
Sx3. I went from gas to inertia because of dirt, I'm back to gas because of recoil

Wingmaster. I can't shoot semiauto worth a Crap. I really liked my buddies Beretta extrma for fit only problem was I couldn't hit the inside of a barn if I was inside with the doors closed.

the 400 extrem is by far the best goose gun you will find if you like to shoot 3 1/2in. For upland it is a little to heavy to be walking with.

I do love my Benelli SBE, that said, I bought the SBE II and I like the original better. I also have an A400, but I prefer the SBE.

I don't goose and duck hunt any longer but absolutely love my Browning Silver Hunter for pheasant hunting!
