    It has already started here in ND with the banning of sucker minnows, even in native waters. Also spot tail shiners and other small shiner varieties. I bet it won't be long and they make chubs illegal for fishing as well. I even think there are a couple lakes in ND where you can't use live bait...

    I just spoke with one of the summit guys last week and he just received his prototype stabilizer for the pole mount for trolling in the boat. Said it is a good design and should allow for trolling at regular cranking speeds. He said its not available to the public yet, but will be soon.
