    Fishing Diary

How many of you guys keep a diary/log of all of you fishing outings?? How do you keep "documentation" of everything? I think it would be invaluable information over a course of time.

    Bismarck - Best Tiger Meat?

On a side note, some of the best tiger-meat in the state can be purchased at Tellmann's Market in New Salem & Double R Meats in Carson! Club Cracker loaded with Tiger Meat, paired with a sip of whiskey! And for Sushi, Kobes gets my vote!!

    DeWalt K-Drill - 3 Season Review

What is everyone using for a drill head these days on their k-Drills? I've got several buddies that have the k-drill's and use them during early ice, but they say they'll torch a drill every other season with them. I bought a 8.5" and was debating getting one of the Milwaukee mud-mixers, but...

Going from a pickup to an suv

We have a 16' GMC Denali XL with the 6.2L, we're at 235K and it's still "running". A LOT of gravel miles on it. We've had it since new. Haven't touched the motor or the tranny thus far.

    Pellet Smokers.....which one?

We've had a GMG Jim Bowie for 4+ years. We've had to replace the igniter is about all. It's not perfect, sometimes you have to cycle it a few times to get it to start heating up. But other than that I don't have any complaints! I will tell you one thing, if I was in the market for a new smoker...

    Order a new truck lately?

Give it time. They will be needing to move some product to pay wages and the light bill.

    Ice Castle ManufacturNightmare

All of the "recreational" dealers are going to get a reality check. And I'm not going to feel one bit sorry for any of them. I don't think it will be long and you'll start seeing the "rebates" start showing back up and not the "delivery/service fee" extra that they all tacked on.
