People with domestic violence restraining orders have a constitutional right to own firearms, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.

The three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of appeals ruled Thursday that banning people under domestic violence restraining orders from owning firearms "embodies salutary policy goals meant to protect vulnerable people in our society."

These cases only prove that when the shitlibs try to make laws more extreme against federal law 10th amendment, the scotus sets a precedent that effects everything eventually. It will happen same sex marriage gone, interracial marriage gone, obozo act gone, the alphabet agencies gone. None of these are protected by the constitution, so if states want to allow them in their state so be it let the people decide pass a state amendment to allow protection. You want change so be it because all this is happening because the shitlib states decided it was better to allow abortion up to terms and barring anyone from carrying in their state. Thank you founding fathers who had the insight to make it nearly impossible for shitlibs from passing laws that have too much over reach
