"Regarding fish consumption, the higher risk of toxins accumulation in fish is in their organs (liver for example) and fat. We would recommend people discard those. Typically fillet consumption is not high risk, but people should rinse their fillets with clean water before preparing to eat"

Lakes are retested every 2 weeks and the status is updated and/or removed from the list once the hazard is over....
