    I think it depends a lot on management. No doubt if you have lazy managers and you are prone to underperforming, working from home could make that easier to do. Managers of remote employees have to do more than just walk around and make sure seats are filled, but if they do their job correctly...

    Probably correct depending on what you are using. A 10/22 with the polyurethane bolt buffer im thinking would be fine, but anything hitting steel on recoil is likely gonna take a beating over time, unless you increase spring resistance to compensate for the extra energy.

    I do have a nitrogen tank.... Ill have to look into the pocket gopher idea, if thats the case, maybe poison grain would work also. Smoke bomb seems like a more fun solution, not sure how effective it is however. Anyone tried them with good results?
