Dialing In Mega Live 2: Deep Jigging to Shallow Hogs

Upgrading your forward-facing sonar is one thing, but proving it on the water is another. Today, we are putting the brand-new Humminbird Mega Live 2 to the ultimate test out on Lake Sakakawea.

Instead of just running through a spec sheet, we are taking this new technology straight into the field to track down two completely different walleye patterns. After digging into the system features, we then head deep to target smelt-chasers down in 50 feet of water with a jigging rap. Next, we pivot shallow to hunt down suspended hogs, dealing with missed bites, heart-pounding fish-drops, and finally locking into a gorgeous tank on a #10 Berkley Finisher.
