    From the Smoker!!!!

    Not knocking the effort. Have tried the legs, but ended up being able to play a good round of "way too tough for me". Is it worth the effort is the question. Thought I had a thing of beauty on the smoker until I dived in. Then it was all show and no go!

    KDM what did you do with the legs? I have yet to find a way to "consume" them with out playing a round of "throw them in the trash". Too many tenants and such. Other than being a novelty item part of a "whole bird".. Admire smoking of the whole bird, but have only found the breast editable...

    Have a buddy that has a Plano Model 730 bait canister bait bucket. Would really like to find one of my own. Works great for cleaning off crawlers. Model has been discontinued, and have a request into Plano. Anyone have one they wouldn't mind letting mind letting go of? Guessing once you research...

    If you search smokehouseproducts dot com You'll see. Sorry, site won't let me post the actual link. It's the same brand that makes the electric smoke chief smokers. I'm really happy with mine, except I have to cut ribs and brisket in half, in order to fit. The wide model seems to fit the bill...
