    Handgun hunting

Does shooting skunks that come running out of bale piles in the spring count. And raccoons that steal my sweet corn in the early fall. If so I do with the trusty XD9

    Abuse

Not cleaning in. Throwing it in a pickup or on an atv and using it like a tool. I don't buy pretty gun because I would feel like an idiot if it got dinged up or scratched. All but 2 of my guns are synthetic stocked and blued. I don't use them as hammers or pry bars but they aren't babied...

Official NDA Guide to Mountable Fish Lengths

For me a walleye has to be over 8 pounds 11 ounces and 29 inches long all others haven't gotten much thought. I would really have to catch a 20 pound or bigger slough shark before considering putting on the wall

    Fishing Alone?

If I'm shore fishin or ice fishing I like going alone. Don't like going by my self with the boat because of trying to load and unload by my self with out an extra set of eyes to help guide me onto the trailer or back the trailer in

    Wormwood!

You can still get plateau at your county weed board. At least that is where you can get it in Pierce County. I think it's a restricted use pesticide and you will need a private or commercial applicators licence to get it

    Wormwood!

Napalm might work but could be a little tough on trees and any other plants or structures in the area

well after the recent ar15 thread i may be pushing 60 or 65 grain bullets out of an 6x45 (6mm-223) by the time the snow falls again. sounds like a really good caliber from the reading i have done over the last couple days

Forget the cats here come the wolverines!(not college sports)

I have heard of a few sighting in and around the turtle mountains but then again somebody probably has seen sasquatch up there too. Had a good friend who is a big hunter swear he saw one between rolette and wolford a few years back. He is the only one I can actualay believe.

    More AR Stuff

Does anybody here have any actual experience with the 6mm-223. After looking at some load data i could push a 60 grain 6mm bullet at the same speed i get out of my current 223 loads. Looks like it could be a very good caliber for varmints or maybe even deer of speed goats if i ever decide to...

    Perch fishing in the Summer?

Have caught quite a few pulling spinners with the smallest blades possible. Generally in 10 to 15 feet of water and never caught more than 3 or 4 in a single day. Tried jigging in an area where we caught them with spinners and had no luck

Just got 2 of them in the mail today. Seem a little flimsy but will work for my intended purpose of holding bobber rods. I got the 2 pack for 18 bucks on amazon by the way

    Big-ass Handguns

While on the topic of wheel guns. Any body ever use a 357 mag to kill a deer? Handled a ruger gp100 with 6 inch barrel the other day and kinda really liked it.
