    Seeing various cooking methods from numerous places in the world, that wooden thing kind of looks like some of the wooden utensils they use for baking breads and other similar goods. They use them for sliding the loaves in and around in the clay ovens they used.

    The floors are on 4X4's so I can move them. That close to the ground I think might be an issue with mice, dragging over terrain, and generally busting the foam all to bupkist with various stupidities I tend to perform.
