    I believe the non opti specific (or dfi) oil is much lighter in viscosity and won’t inject into intake plenum like the opti oil does so I’d be a little Leary of it.

    i see nothing like that in the link you provided. The 1st amendment is referring to buildings or occupied structures high secured structures etc.
